The following terms apply:

1. Neither The Ski Club nor the below enrollee are making any commitment other than to reasonable commentary posted on the KillingtonSkiClub.com bulletin boards.
   
2. The alias does not constitute Ski Club membership, nor will it provide any skiing or membership privileges.
   
3. Appropriate language and behavior will be maintained at all times.
   
4. The Ski Club webmasters or Ski Club administration may, at any time and at their sole discretion, delete messages or threads. They may also block IP addresses of posters who have violated these rules. If the commentary gets out of hand or overly personal, the webmasters may simply remove the bulletin boards entirely.
   
5. Under the Children's Internet Protection Act, websites are not allowed to ask for personal information from minors. To quote the act, they must prevent "Unauthorized disclosure of personal identification information of minors." If you are a minor, you may not post messages using your real name, address, telephone number or email address, or that of other minors.
6. Minors should make up an alias name, such as skibum363, and leave the email field blank.
7. If you are not a minor, you may enter an email address, which will be added to your messages so that people may reply directly to you. If you do not wish such messages, leave that field blank.
