Front Desk Notes...Tuning Clinic will be either Saturday December 8 or 15th, late afternoon All Interested KSC Members are welcome. J3, 4, 5 are encouraged to attend. Presented by: George Merrill of ARTECH & former US Ski Team Member The Annual Hopefuls Hike will be Sunday October 7, 2007 at 10am. Meet at the Alpine Trainging Center. We return to ATC around 1:30pm. Please bring lunch, water and a pack to carry your food and any clothes you may need for the weather and a day on the mountain. Parents, older siblings and other program participants are invied and welcome to hike with us. See you then. Parent meetings for Hopefuls will be held the first two Saturdays at 2:30, following the end of program for the day. These meetings are a great opportunity to get important information and ask questions that will make the year successful for you children and you. Please mark your calendar to attend one of these meetings. Parent meetings for other groups will be posted as they are scheduled. Be sure to renew all Association Memberships for Alpine, Freestyle and Snowboard. You should receive renewals in the mail but links are listed below: www.ussa.org for Alpine and Freestyle www.vara.org for Alpine www.usasa.org for Snowboard Be sure to get memberships for kids that have not needed them in prior years. Information for new memberships is also available at the links listed above. SKI SALE will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 5, 6 & 7. Consignment will be taken at the Alpine Training Center starting Saturday, September 29 through October 4th from 9am to 4pm. At Snowshed baselodge Friday, October 5 from 9am to 9pm and Saturday, October 6 from 9am to 1pm. All Programs start 12/1. Hopefuls, Alpine, Freestyle, Snowboard. Please be sure you have completed Program Enrollment forms and payment before your children go skiing with their coaches. Thanks! |
